Yes, it is a 200-hour YTTC. What make it unique is that you receive the authentic traditional training of Himalayan Bihar School of Yoga from our Indian trainer Yogi Arijit, while in Jakarta without having to travel to India for one month. In addition, the course allows you to utilize weekends, public holidays and weekday evenings to complete the training, so that you don’t have to take long leave days from work.

Anyone that either hopes to develop a full-time or part-time career of yoga teaching, or anyone who does not neceaarily want to teach, but is enthusiastic about deepening and broadening your knowledge and skills in yoga, meditation, and spitirual practices for wellness and well-being.

Yes! Junior yoga teachershave an opportunity to be teaching assistants at Caring Nature’s yoga studio under the trainer’s supervision. Once you’ve completed your training, you’ll also have an opportunity to teach group yoga classes at Caring Nature. This provides an opportunity for those who want to develop a teaching caeer and continue strenthening their teaching skills and experiences.

Yes, and not just one certificate! Your YTTC certificate by USA Yoga Alliance as RYT 200 will be issued by Akshi Yogashala, a renowned yoga institute from India. You’ll also receive a certificate from Caring Nature Wellness of Indonesia.

No, you do not need prior experience for most YTTC programs, as they are designed to teach even beginners. However, at least a few months of consistent yoga practice prior to YTTC training can be beneficial, helping you build a foundation in poses, muscle resistance, strength and some flexibility, and prepare you for the intensive nature of the course. If you consider taking a YTTC, we advise you to start joining Caring Nature’s group yoga classes regularly and discuss with Yogi Arijit for the right timing to start your trainning.
