In this course you will learn; how to work with the people with different level of flexibility in a same class, how to create simple variation of poses to make it easy if the body can’t do it or to eliminate the risk of injury, how to give some advanced variation of poses for the super flexible people, and how to practice poses and breath works to eliminate the chances of physical and emotional injuries or issues.

You will also learn from this course that how your selection of yoga styles can change your emotional condition.

10 hours – hatha yoga /10 hours – vinyasa yoga /5 hours – pranayama / 5 hour – yoga philosophy / 3 hours over 3 days – anatomy / 5 hours – adjustment & alignment / 2 hours over 2 days – teaching methodology / 5 hours – Meditation & mindfulness / 3 hours – Ayurveda / 2 hours – Kriya,Mudra & 2 hours of practical exam and written exam = 52 hours

Syllabus includes: Every morning: hatha yoga training including explanations – 2 hours. Every evening: vinyasa flow – 2 hours. Pranayama breathwork – 1 hour. Yoga philosophy – 1 hour. Anatomy class – 1 hour for 3 days. Adjustment and alignment – 1 hour. Teaching methodology – 1 hour for 2 days. Guided Meditation – 1 hour. Cleansing the body – 1 hour for 2 days. Ayurveda – 1 hour for 3 days. Practical exam and written exam – 2 hours.

10 hours – hatha yoga / 10 hours – ashtanga primary series & vinyasa yoga / 5 hours – pranayama breath work / 5 hours – deeper depths of yoga philosophy & Chakra / 3 hours over 3 days – yoga philosophy anatomy in deeper depths / 5 hours – adjustment & alignment /2 hours over 2 days – teaching methodology including ‘how to design a class’ / 2 hours for 2 days – cleansing the body, Bandha, Mudra / 3 hours – ayurveda (Doshas and basic marma points) / 5 hours – Meditation / 2 hours – practical exam and written exam = 52 hours

10 hours – hatha yoga more in depth, more poses / 5 hours – therapeutic yoga / 5 hours – pranayama breath work / 10 hours – ashtanga & vinyasa / 5 hours – Yoga philosophy (chakra, kundalini) / 5 hours – Adjustment and alignment / 2 hours over 2 days – teaching methodology / 5 hours for 2 days – Meditatiion & Kudalini / 3 hours – Ayurveda (deeper studies include doshas and basic marma points) / 2 hours – Practical exam and written exam = 52 hours

Ayurveda (abhyanga) – 1 hour over 3 days. Practical exam and written exam – 2 hours

10 hours – hatha yoga more in depth, more poses / 10 and a half hours – ashtanga & vinyasa (higher level adjustments) / 3 hours – therapeutic yoga / 5 hours – pranayama / 5 hours – Yoga philosophy (chakra, kundalini, chakra balancing) / 5 hours – Adjustment and alignment & Anatomy / 5 hours – meditation (sound, sound meditation) / 3 hours over 2 days – teaching methodology / 4 hours – Ayurveda (Ayurvedic diet according to doshas included) / 2 hours – Practical exam and written exam = 52 hours

We dive deeper into the theoretical theory over the time you are here, while also building up the more complex poses. By the end of the final week or hours, there will be a focus on practical assessments and feedback to support you with your future as a skilled and experienced Yoga teacher.
