Not at all. All of our programs are beginner friendly, open to complete newbies. In our sessions, we design contents in a way that newbies and beginners can start from ground zero of the basic, whereas participants with prior experiences will be able to practice with more advanced variations. Therefore, our programs are open to participants at all levels to join together.
